If your flight canceled involuntarily within 24hrs. (without will or conscious control), or an emergency hospitalization (doctor note required), then call us immediately, otherwise within 24hrs.
Cancellation will be charge in full or partial. If you booked multiple Transfers and didn’t show-up at the first transfers, then first transfer will be charge in full 100% and the rest of the transfer assumed to be canceled automatically, and refund will be given an accordingly.
Refund payments made by credit card might take 15 days aproximately.
Customers must on time in order to get the service. Please be ready 15 minutes before your pickup schedule. We are not responsible and cannot accept complaints if Customers are not there at the confirmed pick up time/place. This policy does not count for Airport arrival, because we monitor the flights arrival and if flights is delay we will wait and change services an accordingly. Keep your cellphone active in your arrival. Some airport has free wi-fi that can be used to contact the driver. If you cannot find the driver, or do not have cellphone or roaming issues, then please go to the Flight Information Counter, where they will be available to help you. Sometimes, the driver might be a couple minutes late due to the parking difficulties at the airport.
If your trip or flight got cancelled due the COVID-19 we will have free cancellation, please email us to [email protected] and we will email the cancellation email and refund your money.
