Transportation to Tabacon Resort provides a private, door-to-door connection from San José Airport (SJO) or Guanacaste Airport (LIR) to the Arenal Volcano region. Reserving the service in advance allows your party to avoid driving unfamiliar mountain roads, coordinating several connections or depending on fixed shared-shuttle schedules after an international flight.
Both airport routes normally require approximately two and a half to three hours. The journey from LIR passes through Guanacaste and the Lake Arenal region, while the route from SJO crosses the Central Valley and mountain communities before reaching La Fortuna. A planned coffee, meal, grocery or restroom stop can be added when requested in advance.
