LAYOUT: This Guest Room features a King-Size bed along with a Full-Size Pullout Sofa and Twin-Size Day Bed. There is space in the room for an additional Twin-Size bed upon request.

OCCUPANCY: Based on 2-person occupancy, with a maximum 6-person occupancy. There is an additional per person daily charge for more than two guests. Each additional adult is $50; each child is $40 per night.

ROOM DESCRIPTION
These guest rooms are all located in the Aracari building. They are similar in design and layout to the Vista Guest Rooms but have 195 sq. ft. more space and with an additional full-size pullout sofa and a twin-size day bed, perfect for families with children. All Vista Grande guest rooms feature a spectacular view of the Arenal volcano, Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, and a full media package including Apple TV, Netflix, and Internet TV Channel Package.

Cancellation and Payment Policy for Peak Seasons

There is NO REFUND if cancellation is made 45 days or less prior to the reservation arrival date. Payment will be forfeited if guest(s) arrive after the specified date of the reservation or depart prior to the final day of the reservation. Please keep in mind that we require a deposit equal to 100% of the room reservation amount that will be charged to your credit card 45 days or less before your arrival date. This deposit is non-refundable and nontransferable under any circumstances, including medical issues, deaths, or other emergencies. We recommend you buy Travel Insurance to cover all of those possible situations. We will try to contact you when the cancellation period begins to confirm that you are still coming. In the event that we cannot confirm the reservation with you we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. We will automatically cancel any
reservation for which we do not receive either a valid credit card or if the transaction is declined.
Cancellation and Payment Policy for High and Low Seasons:

There is NO REFUND if cancellation is made 14 days or less prior to the reservation arrival date (60 Days or less for groups of 3 or more rooms per night).
When cancellation notification is received between 15 and 30 days prior to the reservation, a $50 processing fee per room will be charged. Payment will be forfeited if guest(s) arrive after the specified date of the reservation or depart prior to the final day of the reservation. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the reservation 14 days or less before arrival date (60 Days or less for groups of 3 or more rooms per night). This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including medical issues, deaths, or other emergencies. We recommend you buy Travel Insurance to cover all of those
possible situations.
