Steven was a wonderful, charming and incredibly knowledgeable guide. Jose was a careful yet no-tarry-here driver. There were probably a hundred instances on our 3mile trek with Steven through rainforest, lava savannah, mud pots and boiling water, etc., that I would have missed if he hadn’t noticed and pointed it out:tapir, monkeys, bird, ants, and all types of Lora and fauna. I’m a 78 yo man with arthritis, and in our group of six was a 65yo facing knee replacement in June; he was so patient with us, very accommodating on a difficult trek (for me). His conversation in the van on the Journey to was respectful of the sightseeing we were doing on the way but very illuminating about culture, ecosystems, people and pursuits in CR. Just an amazing day.

Steven was an EXCELLENT guide, knowledgeable and (for Americans) very easy to understand. We saw Howler, white-faced and spider monkeys, Toucans, Magpie-jays, Red-headed woodpeckers, Manakins, Honeycreepers, lots of parakeets, and a long distance view of a sleeping tapir. ( us tourists thought it was a log!) Steven was able to use binoculars and an iPhone to take a close-up! He did that one several occasions, neat trick! Sorry being a little wordy, but I was truly impressed. Everything we saw was amazing! Just go slow and be patient, and you will see amazing things. And Jose’s driving was EXCELLENTE!

Jose Fernandez was our driver from San Jose to the secrets resort in Costa Rica. He did an amazing job! Very friendly and I felt safe the entire ride in. He also went above and beyond to stay in contact with us so we always knew our ride was ready to go! I contacted the team two days before my departure for Costa Rica to arrange a private transfer from LIR airport to my hotel and another transfer to Tamarindo. Manuel responded less than 24 hours after I sent my message. It was easy to communicate with him and I appreciate the option to pay with PayPal. After I paid, I received information on the driver and the car that would pick me up at the airport. Half an hour before my plane landed, Erick, my driver, contacted me to let me know where to find him. Manuel was my driver for the second transfer. As a solo female traveler in Costa Rica, I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming, helpful and professional team to work with. Thank you!

Our trip to Punta Islita

For our honeymoon, we booked a private ride from Liberia Airport to Hotel Punta islita. Before we arrived they put us in touch with our driver, Jose. Once we arrived at the airport we reached out to Jose via whatsapp he was waiting outside for us. Once we were in the vehicle, we relaxed and got comfortable. Jose was so professional the whole time. We told him we wanted something authentic to eat, he said no problem. Took us to a nice restaurant to eat after a long flight. The food was amazing and just what we needed. Along the way to the hotel, Jose made sure to point out the little things that made Costa Rica great. We enjoyed the ride all the way. Such a great trip. Thank you for everything. Jose, thank you for starting our honeymoon right. ❤️

Our driver, Manuel, was on time and helpful in getting my wife and I to the airport. Along the way we chatted about Costa Rican culture and language, family, life in Costa Rica, and much more. The van we rode in was clean and well kept.

Great experience! Drivers arrived on time (even early!) and got us there with ease. Vehicle was clean and they helped with luggage. Especially enjoyed our driver Jose Guillermo who was very friendly and shared info with us about Costa Rica. Would for sure use again!

Went to Costa Rica a few weeks ago. Our tour guide was Steven and driver was Eric. They were the BEST!!! Very knowledgeable and attentive. They made sure we were comfortable and having fun. Steven even took pictures for us. They took us shopping in a local shopping center as well after a day full of adventure. We highly recommend this company and Steven and Eric as your guides.
We also booked this company for our round trip airport shuttles. Our arrival fight was delayed until the next day and we were able to contact them via what’s app with Manuel in a timely matter and reschedule our shuttle with no problems.

My wife and I used this company for transfer from Liberia Airport to Westin Playa Conchal. Our driver was Fabian. He was very prompt and waiting for us when we arrived at airport. Very personable and gave us some good info about the area. We booked our round trip transfers about a month early and Manuel was very responsive. He provided updated info as to when Fabian would arrive at airport and where he would meet us. Truly a first class business.
