Tripadvisor review: Llanos del Cortez Waterfall and Coffee Tour from Guanacaste
Such an amazing time! Our tour guide, Elvis, was so helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. The tour started with Tio Leo’s Coffee farm. It was great and informative. It wasn’t the right season to pick coffee beans but there were a few good enough to see and embrace how they’re made. We snacked on other fruit on the farm including a cashew apple – I’ve never tasted one before. We made empanadas, roasted chocolate beans, and pressed sugar cane. It was amazing. Tio Leo, the owner, led the tour and signed our coffee. 😉 Next we drove to the waterfall and though it was busy it was such a nice experience. The water was refreshing and not too deep. Elvis gave us plenty of time to enjoy ourselves and do our own thing. Overall it was such a nice experience. Would definitely recommend.
